Payment of this tax is made within the traveler registration process itself and must be paid by credit or debit card. The total amount may include potential bank fees or taxes associated with the transaction. Compliance with this procedure is mandatory to access the accommodation. Voluntary failure to comply with this obligation may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. Other important information: Standard arrival time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM If arrival at the property takes place between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, a €30 surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon key delivery, and must be arranged in advance. In the event that entry takes place between 10:00 PM and midnight, a €50 surcharge will apply. On the day of your arrival, we will be waiting to welcome you, explain the main features and details of our home, and provide you with useful tourist information and recommendations about the area. Prior to your arrival, we will send you messages with useful information regarding your arrival, the property, online check-in, and your personalized guide. Additionally, you will have a phone number available to report any issue that occurs during your stay. We ask our guests for a responsible use of energy consumption during their stay. In the event that average utility consumption is exceeded during the reservation, the property reserves the right to ask guests to pay the difference between the average amount and the actual amount consumed.
