BOSQUE DE XARÁS, charming entire home Bosque de Xarás is a very special house. It is located in a spectacular area that meets all the requirements we look for when we want to enjoy fantastic days of relaxation and disconnection. In a centuries-old natural environment, it is a completely renovated Galician stone building. Nature, beach, and mountains, along with spectacular views of the Pontevedra Estuary and an unforgettable sunset with the Ons Islands in the background, make up the exterior setting of Bosque de Xarás. The interior charm of our Bosque de Xarás house lies in its layout. Just by opening one of its two exterior doors, we find ourselves in a spacious LIVING ROOM with huge windows that allow you to enjoy the views toward the Pontevedra Estuary and the Ons Islands. On two large sofas located in a very special corner with two lamps providing cozy indirect light, you can rest, read, or watch television for a while. A pellet stove, ideal for cold winter days, is also part of this fantastic corner. Openly connected to the living room are the KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM. A wooden table for ten diners is part of this room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. A HALF BATH completes this first floor. Continuing the tour of this large house, available year-round, and going up the stairs from the open living area, we enter the MASTER BEDROOM. A central hallway leads to the BATHROOM with a large shower tray, the DRESSING ROOM, and a large double bed with a SITTING AREA overlooking the pool, the estuary, and the Ons Islands. Heading back, a hallway connects this part of the house with the bedroom area. The back door leads to a small patio with stairs to the outside, which also provides access to the house. A ROOM WITH FOUR BUNK BEDS, another ROOM WITH TWO TWIN BEDS joined together, and a third ROOM WITH A DOUBLE BED make up the sleeping area. In this part of the house, you will also find a FULL BATHROOM with a bathtub, a LIVING ROOM with a television and pellet stove, and a READING AREA. In addition to these spaces, the house features a separate area where you will enjoy an exclusive WELLNESS CENTER, equipped with a Turkish bath, heated thermal loungers, a bi-thermal shower, and a Finnish sauna. For entertainment, this area also includes a POOL TABLE. Outside, you can enjoy a SALTWATER POOL from which you can witness a spectacular sunset over the Pontevedra Estuary every day, as well as a complete BBQ AREA, ideal for sharing moments outdoors.
