La Carrozal Country House – Nature, tranquility, and privacy in the heart of Asturias Enjoy a unique stay at Casa La Carrozal, a fully rented country house, ideal for disconnecting and reconnecting with nature. Here, you won't share spaces with anyone: the house is just for you and your companions. Located at an altitude of 700 meters in the village of Carrea (Teverga, Asturias), deep within the Las Ubiñas-La Mesa Natural Park, declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking peace, mountain routes, and authentic rural flavor. House Layout: 🏡 Ground Floor: Cozy living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a 32" TV with HDMI and USB, a wood-burning stove, and a raised area with a 160 cm sofa bed. Spacious kitchen with a fireplace and fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, Italian coffee maker (moka pot), toaster, blender, complete kitchenware, etc. Full bathroom. Oil-fired heating in all rooms, adjustable via thermostat. 🛏 Upper Floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a travel crib (upon request). 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). 1 small sitting room with a sofa bed (120 cm) that provides access to the two bedrooms. 🪵 Exterior: Enclosed private patio (25 m²) for exclusive use, featuring a barbecue, a covered porch, and a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Additionally, the house includes towels, sheets, blankets, comforters, a clothesline, an iron, an ironing board, and basic cleaning supplies. 🌲 Surroundings: Carrea is a traditional Asturian village with fewer than 25 residents. It is located next to the popular Senda del Oso (Bear Trail/Path).
