One-Bedroom Apartment without Architectural Barriers (Adapted for Guests with Reduced Mobility). Description of the one-bedroom apartment/house: Upon entering the apartment, there is a kitchen/living room: a spacious living room equipped with a split unit for air conditioning and heating, a dining table, chairs, a coffee table, a sofa, and a flat-screen television. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sink, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, and utensils. To the right, we find the bathroom, equipped with towels, adapted for guests with reduced mobility, and small extras (amenities). To the left, we enter the bedroom, which has a double bed, bedding, a wardrobe, and enough space to add a crib if necessary (upon request), and a split unit air conditioner with a heat pump. A 1.05-meter extra bed can be added in the living room next to the sofa, as the space allows (upon request). Outside, there is a garden and a hedge separating the private area from the common areas. The garden includes a table and chairs. * Pets are allowed under the following conditions: The pet must not weigh more than 10 kilograms (approx. 22 lbs). Guests must always contact the accommodation beforehand, as there is an additional surcharge/fee. *Cats are not permitted. Booking Conditions: CHECK-IN: Starting at 1:30 PM (depending on availability), until 9:00 PM. CHECK-OUT: Maximum departure time is 12:00 PM (noon). If this time is exceeded, the client will be charged for an additional day. When making the reservation, guests are required to state the total number of people staying at the establishment (including children under two years old, as well as all other persons). The restaurant operating hours are from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Restaurant Opening Hours: 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Days the restaurant is closed: - Thursday through Sunday of Holy Week (Easter Week). - Thursday through Sunday of the Virgen de la Cabeza Pilgrimage. - December 24, 25, and 31, and January 1, 5, and 6. Days the cafeteria and reception close at 4:00 PM: - Thursday through Sunday of Holy Week (Easter Week). - Thursday through Sunday of the Virgen de la Cabeza Pilgrimage. - December 24, 25, and 31, and January 1, 5, and 6. RESERVATION MODIFICATION: Reservation modifications will be handled provided they are announced in advance and do not disrupt other reservations the property has for those dates. Both parties must agree, and a new reservation confirmation will be sent. Please contact us for any type of modification. PET POLICY: PET SURCHARGE: 25 Euros for the entire stay (cleaning fee). Only one dog is permitted; other pets will not be allowed. Only one small or medium-sized dog is allowed per apartment, maximum 10 kg (approx. 22 lbs). We do not accept large dogs. It is prohibited to use towels or bedding for the dog's care. The dog must not be unrestrained within the complex; please remember that other dogs may be staying, and conflicts could arise. Should any breakage or damage occur within the accommodation, the cost of replacement or repair will be charged to your card.
