The payment of this tax is made within the traveler registration process itself and must be paid by bank card. The total amount may include possible bank fees or commissions associated with the transaction. Compliance with this procedure is mandatory to access the accommodation. Voluntary non-compliance with this obligation may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. Other important information: Standard arrival time is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM If arrival at the property occurs between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM, a €40 surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash at the time of key handover, and must be requested in advance. If check-in takes place after 11:00 PM, a €60 surcharge will apply.
